The Property

The Greystone estate is situated in Western Chesterfield County, Virginia just outside the Pocohantas State Park.  This private equine estate features professionally landscaped grounds, plush green pastures, and hardwood borders.  The main house overlooks a small stocked pond and is positioned a short walk from the horse stables.  The equine facility features 19 stalls, water/elect., concrete aisles, hot/cold water wash racks, 140' x 60' indoor riding ring plus a 100' x 200' outdoor riding ring, centaur fenced pastures, rec. room, 2 tack rooms, full bath and much, much more.
